Background

This site didn’t come out of a branding workshop. It came out of real project work. The kind where everything is green on paper, but no one can name a single actual deliverable.

Vision

To bring clarity when delivery drifts, stalls, or quietly fails.
To treat difference — especially neurological difference — as a design advantage, not a defect.
When the paperwork says everything is fine but reality disagrees, the typical move isn’t to fix the paperwork. It’s to push harder on reality until it complies.

It’s like claiming grass is blue, discovering it’s green, and instead of updating your statement, going out to buy blue paint.

That mindset isn’t rare. It’s baked into many systems.
Which is why I don’t come in with a new color. I come to question the idea of repainting in the first place.

And the introduction of AI hasn’t changed that mindset. We’re still repeating the same mistakes generations have made before us — just cleaner and faster. But they’re still mistakes.

Mission

I consider it my mission to help projects that mistake movement for progress. The ones that feel like a new episode of an ongoing soap, or that move far slower than anyone wants to admit. I work to surface what isn’t being said or isn’t being shown. To reset the structure, not patch over it. The goal is to identify the core issue and either repair it or remove it.

There is no universal method for that. Every project is different. Every organisation is different. People are different. But what I can offer, consistently, is the return of momentum.

This site reflects that mission. Through services and tools shaped in the field. Through notes from places that usually go unspoken. And through a course designed to help you separate the fancy from the facts.

I don’t do long-term engagements. We meet, we greet, I solve the problem at hand, and then we say our goodbyes.
